If you do not have Silverlight client installed you will be prompted to install Silverlight 3 first and then guided through the update for Silverlight 4. If you have an earlier version of Microsoft Silverlight you will be prompted to install the newest version. This application was not designed for mobile use although it may be viewable on a Windows Mobile OS or IOS environment. Unfortunately, this application does not work on most Linux based browsers.”.
