You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the listing and contact information you submit to MNDOT.com.  Any ads that are found to be inaccurate or misleading, if not corrected will be subject to removal.  When using the service to find a buyer for your vehicle, we urge you to use the same common sense and good judgment you would in selling a car through a classified ad in the newspaper.  The purchase or sale of a vehicle is an agreement between the buyer and seller only. 

We offer our service to private sellers and dealers who want to list their vehicles for sale.  Dealers who want to list multiple vehicles on MNDOT.com may be eligible for our dealer pricing plans, contact us for more information or click on our Listing Packages link.  

NO SPAM!  We will never sell your email address but we will send you emails with information pertaining to your vehicle listing or related business.  Your email address will not displayed with your ad, buyers can use the site to send you an email.

MNDOT.com reserves the right to deny use of our service to anyone who does not comply with these terms and conditions.  Use of this site indicates agreement with the terms and conditions stated here.

Refund Policy: If there is an issue with an ad we will work with you to correct the issue.  Please use the contact link in the upper right hand corner to contact customer service.  No refund available after vehicle has been published on the internet.

Buying and Selling Vehicles

When you offer a vehicle for sale through Minnesota Drivers On Track llc (MNDOT.com) you must be prepared to sell that vehicle at the price at which, and the terms on which, you've listed it. You must have ownership and possession of the actual vehicle listed and the ability to transfer title. To list a vehicle for sale, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You may not use our website to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. For Sale by Owner listings are available only to private sellers who want to list their vehicles for sale. Individuals.  By using our For Sale by Owner service, you represent that you are not a vehicle dealer, that you are not listing a vehicle for sale in your capacity as an employee or representative of a dealer, and that neither you, nor anyone acting on your behalf will list more than two vehicles for sale simultaneously.  Minnesota Drivers On Track llc (MNDOT.com) reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses our website in a manner we consider inappropriate.
